Raiders of the Lost Ark / Indiana JonesMedium: Limited Edition Fine Art Giclee Print Size: 22.5 x 31.50 inches Year 1982 When Movies are released they are marketed in what are considered to be two market places, the Domestic Market and the Foreign Market. Domestic meaning the USA and the Foreign market meaning the rest of the world. It is thought that America knows how to reach their market with the advertising and the 'rest of the world' will create what they believe will reach their market. When 'Raiders' was released a poster was created by artist Richard Amsel for the Domestic Market and drew was hired to create the poster for the rest of the world. Subsequently Americans saw Richard's work and drew's artwork became the image for the rest of the world. Drew's artwork is what most of the world knows to be the image that represents Raiders of the Lost Ark. The Fine Art Giclee edition of the print is sold out and only the Artist Proofs from drew's collection remain available.
